Best Healthy Breakfast Alternative

 Growing up I always hated to have to go to breakfast at school. I just felt like a bagel and some cream cheese or a miniature box of cheerios just was well worth the skip. So, I never went to breakfast. Old habits sure do die hard because I noticed as an adult it's still not necessarily my favorite meal of the day. However, I found something that quickly changed my mind. Besides the Quakers Raisin  Dates and Walnut Oatmeal, I found a quicker and much more crunchy alternative.  This here is what I'd like to call cold oatmeal but others will call it yogurt and granola. It's so delicious. Whenever I'm too lazy to cook this is perfect because all you need is granola and yogurt of your choice.  I used Yo-plait Strawberry Yogurt and Nature's Place Organic Pumpkin Flaxseed Granola. Sadly amazon doesn't have it listed so here is an alternative.       .

I placed the granola at the bottom of the bowl . I then placed my desired amount of yogurt into the bowl and topped it off with more granola. You could as cinnamon for an extra kick.
